Excellent realtor, he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to close. We had a hiccup on the first buyer because of an issue with the AC repair person setting off the sprinkler an dousing my condo with water. It took 3 months to get the condo back to being able to be sold. Michael checked in once a week an when it was done he relisted an sold it in just over a month
